LX LayoverIndex

The independent layover and lounge index

Know your layover before you land

Which lounge will actually let you in. Where you can sleep without a security guard waking you. How long the terminal change really takes. 150 airport guides live, 300 on the way, every one researched, opinionated and dated.

How the index works

Built for the traveler standing in the terminal

Every guide opens with a verdict, not a history of the airport. Good for 5 hours or miserable overnight, the best lounge play for people without status, and the one thing that catches travelers out.

Details are verified against current sources before they go live. Anything we cannot confirm says so plainly instead of guessing. Every page carries a visible last reviewed date, and corrections from travelers who were just there jump the review queue. When something changes, a lounge closes, an access rule tightens, a terminal connection breaks, the page changes.

LayoverIndex is independent. No airport, airline or lounge operator pays for placement, and a bad layover airport gets called a bad layover airport.
