Privacy policy
The short version: we collect nothing unless you type it into a form, we run no tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your details.
What we collect
Browsing LayoverIndex requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. The site collects personal data in exactly two places. The contact form collects your name, email address and message so we can reply. The Gate Notes signup collects your email address so we can send the newsletter.
How it is processed
Both forms are processed by Formspree, Inc., which receives the data you submit and delivers it to us. Formspree's own handling is covered by the Formspree privacy policy. We use your contact form data only to answer you, and your newsletter email only to send Gate Notes. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone.
Hosting
The site is served via Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses transiently as part of delivering any website. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social media trackers.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may earn us a commission at no cost to you. Following such a link takes you to a third party site governed by its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time through the contact form. Every Gate Notes email contains an unsubscribe link that removes you from the list immediately. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are backed by the GDPR; if you are in California, by the CCPA.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. This policy was last reviewed on 5 May 2026.
