Hanoi Noi Bai Lounges HAN: every lounge and how to get in

Noi Bai has a deep lounge bench for the region, around ten rooms split between the two terminals that do not connect. The right lounge is the one in your terminal, so here is the full map and how to get in.

Lounge verdict
Strong and varied. Domestic Terminal 1 holds the bigger count, roughly seven rooms, while international Terminal 2 has the better food and longer hours. Priority Pass opens the SH Premium Lounge in each terminal, the ACV Business Lounge in Terminal 2 runs 24 hours, and walk up rates stay cheap by global standards.
Best access play
Priority Pass covers the SH Premium Lounge near gate 28 in Terminal 2 and near gate 5 in Terminal 1, the rooms formerly branded Song Hong. Without a card, the ACV Business Lounge sells entry around 35 US dollars and the ASG Sky Lounge in Terminal 1 is near 15. The Terminal 2 SH Premium serves pho made to order and stays open until about 2am.
The one thing to know
There is no airside link between the terminals. A lounge in Terminal 1 is no use to a Terminal 2 departure and the reverse, because reaching the other building means clearing immigration and riding a landside shuttle. Pick the lounge in the terminal you fly from.

How the Noi Bai lounge map works

The terminal decides everything at Noi Bai. Terminal 1 handles every domestic flight and Terminal 2 every international one, and there is no airside connection between them, so a lounge only helps if it sits on the side you depart from. Plan around your departure gate, not the famous room in the other building.

Terminal 1 carries the deeper bench, around seven lounges, a mix of the Priority Pass SH Premium room, a cheap walk up option, two airline lounges and three bank lounges that admit their own premium cardholders only. Terminal 2 has fewer rooms but the better ones: the SH Premium Lounge with a staffed pho station and hours stretching to about 2am, the Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge, and the large ACV Business Lounge that runs around the clock. Whether the December 2025 expansion added lounges along the new gates is to be confirmed, so treat the figures below as verify at booking.

Two notes from the table. The SH Premium rooms are the rebrand of the former Song Hong Business Lounges, so older guides and your lounge app may still show the Song Hong name. And the ACV Business Lounge is the only room here that runs 24 hours, which makes it the airside anchor for an overnight in Terminal 2, with sleep pods and showers inside.

What actually opens these doors

Priority Pass covers the SH Premium Lounge in each terminal, near gate 28 in Terminal 2 and near gate 5 in Terminal 1. American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders reach these through the Priority Pass membership that comes with the card. There is no Amex Centurion lounge at Noi Bai.

Paying at the door works at several rooms and stays cheap by global standards. The ACV Business Lounge in Terminal 2 sells entry around 35 US dollars, the ASG Sky Lounge in Terminal 1 is near 15, and the SH Premium rooms admit walk in customers at a price worth confirming on the day. DragonPass opens the ACV Business Lounge.

Status and class of travel cover the airline rooms. The Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounges take VN business class and SkyTeam Elite Plus, with a group voucher around 638,000 dong for passengers on a VN boarding pass, and the ACV Business Lounge hosts business class passengers from Cathay Pacific, Qatar Airways, Emirates and most Star Alliance carriers. The Bamboo First Lounge and the three bank lounges in Terminal 1 admit their own eligible passengers and cardholders only.

Because the terminals do not connect, the single most useful rule is to choose the lounge in your departure terminal. Confirm the door and hours on the day, since lounge hours flex with the flight schedule, and the SH Premium Lounge in Terminal 2 holding until about 2am is the one to lean on for a late departure.

FAQ

Hanoi Noi Bai lounge questions

Which HAN lounges take Priority Pass?

The SH Premium Lounge in each terminal, near gate 28 in international Terminal 2 and near gate 5 in domestic Terminal 1, the rooms formerly branded Song Hong. The ACV Business Lounge in Terminal 2 takes DragonPass rather than Priority Pass and also sells walk up entry. Because the terminals do not connect airside, use the lounge in the terminal you depart from.

Can I pay to get into a Noi Bai lounge without status?

Yes, and it stays cheap. The ACV Business Lounge in Terminal 2 sells walk up entry around 35 US dollars, the ASG Sky Lounge in Terminal 1 is near 15, and the SH Premium rooms admit walk in customers at a price worth confirming on the day. Treat all prices as verify at booking.

Which is the best lounge at Hanoi Noi Bai?

For most travelers the SH Premium Lounge near gate 28 in Terminal 2, with a pho station, sushi, showers and massage, open from early morning until about 2am. The ACV Business Lounge nearby is the biggest room and the only one open 24 hours, with sleep pods and showers inside, which makes it the better pick for an overnight.

Do the Noi Bai lounges have showers?

Yes, in several. The SH Premium Lounge in Terminal 2 has showers, and the ACV Business Lounge has showers and sleep pods inside. On the domestic side the picture is thinner, so for a shower without an eligible ticket the Terminal 2 rooms are the reliable choice.

Is there a lounge open 24 hours at HAN?

Yes. The ACV Business Lounge in Terminal 2, also signed the NIA Business Lounge, between gates 30 and 31, runs around the clock with sleep pods and showers inside. It takes DragonPass, sells walk up entry around 35 US dollars, and hosts business class passengers from several airlines, which makes it the airside anchor for a long international wait.

Are there lounges in both terminals at Noi Bai?

Yes, but they do not connect. Domestic Terminal 1 has the bigger count, around seven rooms including the SH Premium and ASG lounges and three bank lounges, while international Terminal 2 has the SH Premium, the Lotus and the ACV Business Lounge. There is no airside link, so use the lounge in the terminal you fly from.
