Tokyo Haneda lounges HND: every lounge and how to get in
Haneda has one of the deepest lounge benches in Asia, and Terminal 3 keeps three lounges open all night. Here is every lounge in all three terminals, with hours and the realistic ways in.
Lounge verdict Excellent. More than 15 lounges spread across three terminals, fair paid entry prices on the domestic side, and 24 hour coverage in Terminal 3 that very few airports anywhere can match.
Best access play Sky Lounge South in Terminal 3. It takes Priority Pass around the clock, has showers and a buffet, and sits conveniently on the 3F departure level near the gates.
The one thing to know Most Haneda card lounges only admit credit cards issued in Japan. If your card came from anywhere else, plan on Priority Pass, a paid entry, or an airline lounge instead.

Terminal 1
Terminal 1 lounges, the JAL side
Terminal 1 is the Japan Airlines domestic terminal. The independent options here are the three Power Lounges, simple card lounges with soft drinks and quiet seating rather than buffets.
Japan Airlines runs its own Diamond Premier Lounge and Sakura Lounge inside the gate area for first class passengers, JMB Diamond and Sapphire tier members, and oneworld Emerald and Sapphire status holders on JAL domestic flights. Everyone else uses the Power Lounges below, which admit holders of eligible Japan issued credit cards free and sell entry to anyone else.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Power Lounge South | 2F, domestic departure gate area (south) | 6:00 to 21:00 | Eligible cards free, Priority Pass, or 1,320 yen | The biggest of the T1 trio at 133 seats. Pick this one. |

Terminal 2
Terminal 2 lounges, ANA plus the best card lounge
Terminal 2 is ANA territory for domestic flights and also hosts a small international wing. It holds the single best independent lounge at Haneda: Power Lounge Premium, a card lounge with a real buffet, alcohol, and showers.
ANA operates its domestic ANA Suite Lounge and ANA Lounge inside the gate area for premium passengers and Star Alliance Gold members, plus an international ANA Lounge in the T2 international wing. The independent lounges split between the domestic gate areas and the international side.
| Lounge | Location | Hours | Access | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Power Lounge Premium | 3F, international departure gate area | 6:30 to 1:30 the next morning | Eligible premium cards free, Priority Pass, or 4,400 yen | Buffet, alcohol and showers. The best independent lounge at HND, 3 hour limit. |

| Airport Lounge (South) | 2F, domestic departure gate area (south) | 6:00 to 20:00 | Eligible cards free, Priority Pass, or 1,320 yen. Domestic departures only | Fine if your gate is south side, nothing more. |

Hours last reviewed 24 May 2026. Power Lounge Premium admits children at the adult rate on Priority Pass.
Terminal 3
Terminal 3 lounges, international and open all night
Terminal 3 is the international terminal and the reason Haneda ranks so high for layovers: TIAT Lounge, Sky Lounge, and Sky Lounge South all run 24 hours. If you land at 2am, you still have somewhere with a shower.
The airline row on 4F is serious too. JAL runs a First Class Lounge and a Sakura Lounge, ANA runs an ANA Lounge and an ANA Suite Lounge, and Cathay Pacific and Delta both keep their own lounges here. Those doors need the right cabin, alliance status, or airline membership. The independent lounges below are the ones most travelers can actually enter.
One timing note for June 2026: Sky Lounge South is renovating its pantry through the end of the month, so the food offering is reduced until 30 June. The lounge itself stays open.
| Lounge | Location | Hours | Access | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sky Lounge South | 3F, international departure gate area | 24 hours | Priority Pass, 3 hour limit | The Priority Pass play at HND. Buffet, alcohol, showers, open all night. |
| TIAT Lounge | 4F, international departure gate area | 24 hours | Eligible premium cards, airline coupons, or 4,400 yen. Priority Pass 1:00 to 5:00 only | Buffet, alcohol, showers and apron views. The paid entry is fair for an overnight reset. |
| Sky Lounge | 4F, international departure gate area | 24 hours | Eligible cards free or 1,500 yen | Soft drinks only, snacks and alcohol cost extra. The budget all night option. |
| The Centurion Lounge | 4F, international departure gate area | 8:00 to 22:00 | Eligible American Express cards, per Amex terms | 122 seats, buffet, alcohol and showers. Strong if your Amex qualifies. |
| JAL First Class Lounge and Sakura Lounge | Airside, international gate area | Matches JAL international departures | Premium cabins, JMB status, oneworld Emerald and Sapphire | Among the best airline lounges in Japan. |
| ANA Lounge and ANA Suite Lounge | Airside, international gate area | Matches ANA international departures | Premium cabins, AMC status, Star Alliance Gold | Reliable, large, and busy at the late evening bank. |
| Cathay Pacific Lounge | Airside, international gate area | Matches Cathay departures | Premium cabins, oneworld status | Small but polished, opens around Cathay's schedule only. |
| Delta Sky Club | Airside, international gate area | Matches Delta departures | Delta premium cabins and eligible SkyMiles or Amex access, per Delta terms | For Delta flyers only, and only around Delta's bank. |
Hours last reviewed 24 May 2026. TIAT Lounge and both Sky Lounges enforce a 3 hour maximum stay.

Which doors open for you at HND
Work down this list and stop at the first line that matches you. That is your lounge.
Priority Pass. The strongest single key at Haneda. Sky Lounge South in Terminal 3 takes it 24 hours a day, the Power Lounges in Terminals 1 and 2 take it on the domestic side, Power Lounge Premium takes it in the T2 international wing, and the TIAT Lounge accepts it only between 1:00 and 5:00. Children pay the adult rate at the premium lounges. Full detail sits on our Priority Pass at Haneda (HND) guide.
A Japan issued credit card. The Power Lounges, Sky Lounge, and Airport Lounge (South) admit dozens of Japanese card brands free, and TIAT Lounge plus Power Lounge Premium admit the premium tiers of those brands. The catch is in the fine print: with some exceptions, cards issued overseas are not accepted. Check the accepted card list on the airport site before relying on this.
An eligible American Express. The Centurion Lounge in Terminal 3 admits cardholders under the terms Amex publishes for its Platinum and Centurion products. Confirm your card's current lounge benefit with Amex before you fly, the rules change.
Cabin or status. First and business passengers and top tier elites use the JAL and ANA lounges in all three terminals, Cathay and Delta passengers get their own rooms in T3, and oneworld and Star Alliance status opens the JAL and ANA doors respectively.
Cash. No card, no pass, no status: pay at the door. 1,320 yen buys a domestic Power Lounge, 1,500 yen buys the all night Sky Lounge in T3, and 4,400 yen buys TIAT Lounge or Power Lounge Premium with buffet, alcohol and a shower. For an overnight connection the 4,400 yen TIAT entry is honestly decent value in a city where a coffee runs 600 yen.
