Denver International Lounges (DEN): Every Lounge and How to Get In
Denver International runs nine lounge doors across three concourses, and a single train connects them all inside security. The headline act is not an airline club: two of the best credit card lounges in the country live on the DEN mezzanines.
- Lounge verdict
- Good, with a twist. United Club coverage is the deepest of any carrier here, but the Capital One Lounge and the Centurion Lounge outclass every airline club at the airport, and both work no matter which airline you fly.
- Best access play
- A premium travel card beats status at DEN. Venture X opens the Capital One Lounge on the A mezzanine, Amex Platinum opens the Centurion Lounge on C, and Priority Pass gets no lounge here at all, only a 28 dollar dining credit at Mercantile.
- The one thing to know
- Every lounge sits airside and the train between concourses runs inside security, so you can use any door you can get into no matter where your gate is. Allow 10 to 15 minutes each way for a cross concourse lounge run.

How the Denver lounge map works
The concourse decides the flavor, not the access. Concourse A carries the most variety: the Capital One Lounge on the mezzanine near gate A34, the Delta Sky Club on the bridge at the north end, a United Club near gate A25, the USO one level up, and the Priority Pass dining credit at Mercantile in the center core. Concourse B is United territory end to end, anchored by the two level flagship club near gate B44. Concourse C holds the Centurion Lounge and the Admirals Club.
Hours below were checked on 23 April 2026. Most doors open with the first bank around 5 am and close between 8:30 pm and 10 pm, so red eye departures are on their own. Two free fallbacks soften the gaps: the Rest and Recharge area on the A mezzanine costs nothing, and each concourse has an outdoor deck with firepits. One closure to plan around: the United Club near gate B32 is temporarily shut, which pushes everyone to the East club near B44.
Concourse A
Concourse A lounges
| Lounge | Location | Hours | Access | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Capital One Lounge | Mezzanine level, near gate A34 | 05:00 to 21:00 | Capital One Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders, guests for a fee, walk up day pass around 90 dollars when space allows | The best food at DEN; the grab and go wall is built for tight connections |
| Delta Sky Club | North end of Concourse A, on the bridge from Jeppesen Terminal | Opens 04:30; closing times vary by day, to be confirmed | Delta One passengers, Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders, Amex Platinum flying Delta same day, Sky Club members, SkyTeam Elite Plus on qualifying international itineraries | Opened 2024 with an outdoor Sky Deck; the best view of the ramp at the airport |
| United Club A Gates West | Mezzanine level, near gate A25 | 05:00 to 20:30 | United Club members, one time passes from eligible Chase United cards, Star Alliance Gold and Star Alliance premium cabins on Star itineraries | Mountain light and shorter queues; the calm United pick at DEN |
| USO Denver | Level 4, center of Concourse A, above the mezzanine | To be confirmed | Active duty service members, reservists and military families with valid ID | A genuine rest stop for military travelers; donations keep it running |
| Mercantile Dining and Provision | Center core of Concourse A, near gate A39 | To be confirmed | Priority Pass dining credit of 28 dollars per visit, one registered guest, two hour stay | A real chef driven restaurant and the only Priority Pass play at DEN |
The A mezzanine is the best lounge real estate at Denver. The Capital One Lounge is the strongest argument, with a grab and go selection built for short connections and cooked to order plates when you have time. The Delta Sky Club answers with an outdoor Sky Deck above the ramp, a rare thing at any United States airport. If your card or cabin opens either door, start the layover on Concourse A even when your flight leaves from B or C.
Concourse B
Concourse B lounges
| Lounge | Location | Hours | Access | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United Club B Gates East | Mezzanine level, near gate B44 | 05:30 to 21:00 | United Club members, one time passes from eligible Chase United cards, Star Alliance Gold and Star Alliance premium cabins on Star itineraries | The two level flagship and one of the largest United Clubs anywhere; upstairs is quieter |
| United Club B Gates West | Mezzanine level, near gate B32 | Temporarily closed | Standard United Club access when it reopens | Closed as of June 2026; walk to the East club near B44 instead |
| United Club Fly | Near gate B60 | To be confirmed | Same keys as the United Club: members, eligible one time passes, Star Alliance Gold on Star itineraries | Grab and go only, no seats to camp in; perfect 20 minutes before boarding |
B is a United fortress and behaves like one. The East club near B44 absorbs the whole hub operation while the B32 club is closed, so it runs fullest at the morning and late afternoon banks. United Club Fly near B60 is the pressure valve: scan in, load up on food and coffee, and walk straight to your gate. If you hold United Club access and want a calm seat, ride the train to the A club near gate A25 instead.
Concourse C
Concourse C lounges
| Lounge | Location | Hours | Access | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| American Express Centurion Lounge | Mezzanine level, near gate C46 | 05:00 to 22:00 | Amex Platinum, Centurion and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders with a same day boarding pass, entry within 3 hours of departure | The premium door at DEN; expect a queue at the morning bank |
| American Airlines Admirals Club | Mezzanine level, near gate C32 | To be confirmed | Admirals Club members, oneworld business and first, oneworld Emerald and Sapphire on qualifying oneworld itineraries | Covers the American bank to its hubs; confirm hours before relying on it |
C used to be the lounge desert at this airport and now holds its most premium door. The Centurion Lounge on the mezzanine near gate C46 brings the full Amex production: a Colorado leaning menu, a proper bar, and the usual mid morning queue when ski traffic peaks. The Admirals Club near C32 serves American's departures to its hubs; published hours differ between sources, so check on the day rather than building a plan around them.

What actually opens these doors
Credit cards are the widest key at Denver. Capital One Venture X and Venture X Business open the Capital One Lounge on Concourse A. Amex Platinum, Centurion and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cards open the Centurion Lounge on Concourse C with a same day boarding pass, with entry inside 3 hours of departure. Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Amex Platinum cardholders flying Delta the same day can also use the Delta Sky Club, subject to the visit caps on each card.
Priority Pass opens no lounge at DEN. The program instead gives a 28 dollar dining credit at Mercantile Dining and Provision in the center core of Concourse A near gate A39, with a two hour limit and one registered guest per visit. SweetWater Mountain Taphouse on Concourse B has appeared on the program's dining list and is to be confirmed, so check the app on the day. The full strategy lives in the DEN Priority Pass guide.
United keys cover four doors. United Club memberships, one time passes issued with eligible Chase United cards, Star Alliance Gold status on a Star Alliance itinerary and Star Alliance premium cabins all work at the A and B clubs and at United Club Fly.
Paying at the door is thinner here than at the coastal hubs. The Capital One Lounge sells walk up day passes around 90 dollars when space allows, and United one time passes can come from an eligible Chase card. Day pass availability at the Admirals Club location is to be confirmed, and the Delta Sky Club sells no walk up entry.
Class of travel and status does the rest. Star Alliance Gold is the most useful status at this airport by a wide margin given the United footprint. oneworld Emerald and Sapphire open the Admirals Club on a qualifying oneworld itinerary, and SkyTeam Elite Plus opens the Sky Club on qualifying international tickets.
Programs shift and clubs close for refits, as the B32 United Club shows. Treat the tables above as the map, and confirm the door you are counting on the day you fly.
