Riga keeps it simple. There is exactly one lounge, the Primeclass Business Lounge, airside on the route to the C gates. Here is what it offers and every way through the door.

How the Riga lounge map works
The map at Riga is short. One terminal, one airside transit area, and one lounge, the Primeclass Business Lounge, run by TAV Latvia Operation Services on the route toward the C gates. There is no second lounge to weigh, no landside option and no alliance flagship, which makes the planning easy: work out how you qualify and check that your departure reaches the Schengen side where the lounge sits.
The lounge opens 05:00 to 23:00 daily, which covers most airBaltic departure banks but not a deep overnight, so a late night or pre dawn layover falls outside its hours. Inside you get a bar, hot and cold food, showers with towels provided, a children's playroom and the Primeclass Private Suite, a set of private rooms with beds sold by the block. Two things from the table. The standard lounge and the private suite are the same operation, so a card or a paid entry gets you the lounge floor, and the suite is a separate paid upgrade on top when you want a door that closes and a bed. And because there is no alternative lounge, your fallback if the lounge is full or out of hours is the Kepler Club pods rather than a second room.

The Primeclass Private Suite is a paid add on rather than a card benefit. Single rooms start from EUR 75 for 3 hours and doubles from EUR 105, with 8 hour blocks also sold, which makes the suite the closest thing Riga has to an airside hotel room. Status and class of travel cover business class passengers on airBaltic and other carriers that use the lounge, who enter on their ticket.
The rule that catches people out is the border. Because the lounge sits airside on the Schengen side of passport control, a passenger transiting from outside Schengen without a Schengen visa cannot reach it. If your routing keeps you on the non Schengen side, plan around the lounge rather than into it.
Families and the overnight gap. The lounge carries a children's playroom, which makes it more useful than most single airport rooms for a layover with kids, and wifi is included with entry. The one gap is the clock. Because it closes at 23:00, a late night or pre dawn layover falls outside its hours, and the fallback for an overnight is the Kepler Club capsule hotel rather than a second lounge.
