Two things to note from the table. The Lounge TIME card lounges are the only doors that open to anyone for a walk up fee, so they are the fallback if you hold no card and no status. And the international lounges sit after immigration, so if you are connecting domestic to international you cannot reach them until you have crossed to the International Terminal and cleared the checks there.
