Skopje keeps lounge planning simple because there is only one room to plan around. You reach it after check in, security and passport control, in the single airside concourse where the gates are numbered in the 200s. The Primeclass Business Lounge sits next to the duty free shop, between Gates 203 and 204, just past the security screening lanes, so it is hard to miss once you are through.

The lounge is run under TAV Airports' Primeclass brand, the same operator behind the terminal itself, which is why the lounge, the wifi and much of the passenger experience all carry the same name. It is a single business lounge rather than a tiered setup, so there is no separate first class room and no alliance lounge to choose between. What you see is what the whole airport offers.

Because the gates and the concourse are compact, getting to the lounge from anywhere airside takes a couple of minutes, and getting from the lounge to your gate is just as quick. That matters with the 3 hour entry rule: you can settle in from 3 hours out, ride the cap, and still reach a far gate without a rush. Hours and access terms can change, so treat the detail below as verify in your app before you fly.

Priority Pass is the most common way in, and the lounge is a standard listing, so a card or an eligible bank account with Priority Pass membership gets you and, depending on your plan, a guest through the door. Dragon Pass and LoungeMe work the same way, and some travelers will hold one of these through a credit card or a booking app rather than Priority Pass itself.

TAV Passport, the operator's own program, also covers entry, which is worth knowing if you fly the region often through TAV run airports. Paying at the door is the fallback when you hold none of the above: entry is sold through lounge booking platforms, and buying ahead online is usually cheaper and more reliable than turning up cold, since space is not guaranteed at busy times.

Business and first class tickets, and airline status on the carriers that use the lounge, also grant access in the usual way, though at a Wizz Air heavy airport most passengers arrive on low cost tickets and reach the lounge through a card or a paid pass rather than their fare. Whatever your route in, the same two rules apply: you can enter from 3 hours before your scheduled departure, and your stay is capped at 3 hours.

The practical upshot is that Skopje is an easy lounge airport to plan for. There is no zone to get wrong, no choice between rooms, and the door is open around the clock. The only thing to confirm on the day is your own access method and whether the lounge is at capacity, both of which your lounge app or booking platform will show.

Is it worth using? For a short connection of 2 hours or less, the airside cafes do the job and you may not need the lounge at all. The case for going in grows with the wait. On a long daytime layover the recliners, the quieter room and the included refreshments are a clear step up from the bench seating outside, and on an overnight the 24 hour opening makes it the one place to get a few hours of real rest. The value calculation is simply the door price, or your card's per visit fee, against how long you have and how tired you are.

One more point on guests. Priority Pass, Dragon Pass and LoungeMe each handle guests differently, and a guest who would otherwise pay full walk in price can make a paid membership pay for itself on a single visit.
