Brasilia International Lounges BSB: every lounge and how to get in

Every lounge at Brasilia belongs to the airport operator, not the airlines, so access here runs on Priority Pass, card programs and paid entry rather than your frequent flyer card. The flagship domestic room never closes.

Lounge verdict
Deep for an airport this size, and unusually consistent because one operator runs the lot under its Aeroportos VIP Club brand. The domestic flagship is open 24 hours with showers and rest cabins, the international room tracks the departure waves, and Siesta Box adds private sleep cabins airside. No airline runs a branded lounge here.
Best access play
Priority Pass opens the domestic Aeroportos VIP Club and the international VIP room, and also covers Siesta Box for a rest cabin. Without a card, the domestic lounge sells walk up entry from about 250 reais for four hours. LoungeKey and Visa Airport Companion are also listed at the VIP Club rooms.
The one thing to know
Neither LATAM nor GOL operates a lounge at BSB even though both hub here, so business class status or airline elite tier alone does not open a door. Plan your access through a lounge program or paid entry instead. Confirm hours and prices at the door, since they shift with the schedule.

How the Brasilia lounge map works

Brasilia is one terminal with two satellite piers, and the lounges sit on the upper level near boarding, so the map is simple once you know your departure pier. The south pier carries most domestic gates, numbered 18 to 31, and the north pier handles international flights plus domestic gates 1 to 10 and 32 to 35. Because the piers connect airside on foot, a domestic passenger can reach the flagship lounge from almost any gate with a short walk.

The operator runs everything under the Aeroportos VIP Club name. The flagship is the Sala VIP Domestica on the mezzanine above domestic boarding, reached by an escalator inside the large Dufry store just after security. The Sala VIP Internacional sits in the north pier near the duty free for international departures. Smaller Express Club lounges are pitched as a lounge near your gate, and the Sala VIP BRB is a bank lounge with its own security lane. Siesta Box rounds out the picture with private sleep cabins airside. Hours and walk up prices move with the flight banks, so treat the figures below as verify at booking.

Two things to carry away from the table. The domestic Aeroportos VIP Club is the one you want, since it stays open through the night and stacks the amenities, and Priority Pass covers it. And because no airline runs a room here, your route in is a lounge program or cash at the door, full stop.

What actually opens these doors

Priority Pass covers the domestic Aeroportos VIP Club, open 24 hours, and the international VIP room near the duty free, plus a stay in a Siesta Box cabin of up to about 3 hours. LoungeKey works at the same VIP Club rooms, and Brazilian card guides also list Visa Airport Companion access. DragonPass acceptance is to be confirmed.

Paying at the door works at the domestic flagship from around 250 reais for four hours, subject to space, with longer blocks priced higher. The international room sells entry too, with its standard walk up to be confirmed. Confirm the current rate at the desk, since the operator adjusts pricing through the year.

Status and class of travel do not help on their own at BSB, because LATAM and GOL both hub here without operating a lounge. That is the headline difference from a hub like Guarulhos, where business class opens an airline room. At Brasilia the access is the program or the payment, whatever your ticket says.

What you get for the money at the flagship is worth spelling out. The domestic Sala VIP Domestica spans more than 2,000 square meters, with a full buffet, a bar, private showers, rest cabins, private TV rooms and a meeting room. For a domestic lounge anywhere in South America that is a deep amenity list, and it is the single reason a long Brasilia layover is comfortable rather than just survivable. The smaller Express Club rooms trade that depth for being close to your gate.

The single most useful rule is to head for the domestic Sala VIP Domestica if your onward flight leaves from the domestic pier, since it is the deepest lounge and the only one open around the clock. For an international departure, the north pier VIP room is your door, but check that it is open for your flight wave before relying on it.
